Do I qualify for Social Security disability and SSI

I was attacked by 7 black men they beat me so bad they left me for dead after that I started going to team Mental Health where they diagnose me with PTSD major depression disorder exit anxiety disorder and bipolar I have nightmares of the attacks I have insomnia my depression so bad that I don't want to get out of bed most the days or leave the house cannot be around a lot of people can't be around one or two black men I will have a panic attack thinking I'm going to be attacked again my panic attacks do not be controlled they just happen when they happen same with my mood swings and my depression I've been going to team mental health for over a year-and-a-half and been treated for all my mental health issues and I still go to the doctor there every 28 days
