How do i get disability if i dont have enough work credits

More details to this question:
I have fibromyalgia on both sides of my body when i bump into something it feels like i just rammed into it and when to much pressure is put at parts of my body it really hurts also i get flare ups when i hurt myself lifting to much or what ever causes it and they don't go away i've had my hip one for five years, gastritis, IBS where my stomach will start hurting at random times and it will keep hurting in waves and increase pain until i use the restroom but it hurts to go so it takes me a long time in the bathroom, OCD i do things that are easier for me and i have to live with a routine if not i get stressed out and have anxiety and panic attacks, ADHD i get distracted easily, i have chest pain where i get short of breath and heart palpitations, and i've been told by my primary care doctor i have autism but never been fully tested, I cant keep a job and working puts me in even more pain and the pain will carry on to the next day like when i stand for a long period my feet will hurt so

There are two disability programs: SSDI and SSI.  Some people get one, or the other, both, or neither.  Both share a common disability decision, but vary widely on non-medical factors.  SSDI is based on work credits. SSI is a needs-based program so there are very strict income and asset limits.  Contact the local SSA office to see if you qualify for SSI, since you don't have enough work for SSDI.
