How long does it take for a reconsideration decision from a judge in Georgia

More details to this question:
I have a pending disability claim here in Georgia and I have a lawyer said it would be thirty to ninety days and passing and they are having a hard time getting my medical records from doctors offices

From your description, nothing can be done until the court has the medical records. Counting the number of days cannot even start until then.
