How soon could I start to receive my benefits if I have a automatic qualify condition.

More details to this question:
I was on ssdi from 2001 up to May 2018. Ssi cut off my benefits and said said I would havr to reapply. I did so and was denied. Not only do I have MS, I've also have PTSD,Bi Polor 1 and anxiety. Now as a result of losing my benefits I have lost everything I had. And I am homeless.
