I am only 32 and need help filing for my disability can you help?

I am only 32 I first filed in 2014 and I got denied so then I try to get in 2015 got denied try to get in 2016 got denied pretty much I've tried every year and gotten denied I need help I do not know what I am doing wrong and I've had so many doctors sign off on it I have degenerative disc disease and I'm only 32 and I have dyslexia I have a herniated disc so yes if I could please get some help on filing for my disability that would be great tired of getting denied.
