I need a lawyer asap i have a hearing on the 4th of Sept. Please if anyone is able please help me.

This is my 3rd time where is i have an meditation on Sept 4th 2018. I have Psoriatic Arthritis ,and psoriasis. Haven't been able to work in 2 1/2 years due to this. Im still seeing specialist every other month. I see a counselor every month as well. I take over 10 medication pills daily. This is a life time disease and it has effect me really hard to where as i lost my home, my car,my lively hood to where i have to depend on help. I have always been an out going person now im sheltered due to my health and wellness. I'm suffering from depression and Anxiety. And i be in pain every day all day. I just want help to start moving on with what i kind do with the life i have to live with now. Thank you for taking the time to listen. I hope i can get someone to guide me with my case.
