Locating a Social Security Lawyer

More details to this question:
I live in a small town, Giddings,TX 78942 so would like to find a social security lawyer to consult with and evaluate me and if we proceed to file its easier for me to communicate by phone, email or fax to get application completed because most lawyers are atleast 30 miles away from me and I spend nearly every day driving my disabled friend to dr appointments and dialysis and we barely have the gas money. Would a lawyer work with me like that? Of course, I could try and make a trip or two but just not often due to financial struggle.
