Good morning Lawyers.com, My case: Live in Miami, FL, 66 years old, still working, I'm not receiving SS payments right now. My retirement payment is going to be very low, I consider there are mistakes in my Earning Records that are affecting my Estimate Payment. I would like to know if it is possible to amend some of them. Thanks a lot!

You don't need a lawyer to amend your earnings record. You do need evidence and patience with the Social Security Administration.
If you do need a lawyer someday, you might want to contact the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.

This is general information. It cannot substitute for a personal consultation with an attorney. It is not intended to be legal advice or imply an attorney-client relationship.
