May I hire an attorney, after I had a hearing?

More details to this question:
I was repersented by Gar disability advocate's. I had a hearing in front of a judge. She denied my disability. GAR advocates reviewed my claim , decided not to appeal the decision. Gave me the appeals conceal number for guidance to appeal the unfavorable decision.
