More details to this question:
My case was remanded by the appeals council With specific instructions that will likely change the outcome. One of the instructions is to find my Degenerative disc disease severe. Does that Automatically find me disable? Iโ€™m now 59 years old 54 when this started. itโ€™s been four years to get my appeal
