My case was remanded by the appeals council With specific instructions that will likely change the outcome. One of the instructions is to find my Degenerative disc disease severe. Does that Automatically find me disable? Iโm now 59 years old 54 when this started. itโs been four years to get my appeal
No it does not. You have to attend another hearing. At the new hearing the judge will decide if you are disabled or not.
