MY HUSBAND BROKE HIS HIP AT 15 ENDED UP GETTING TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT HE WAS 100 PERCENT DISABLED GETTING A CHECK OFF OF HIS FATHER THEN WE GOT MARRIED AND HE DIDNT KNOW HE HAD TO TURN THAT IN NOW ITS BEEN OFF FOR AWHILE AND HE NEEDS IT BAD PLEASE HELP
