Unfortunately, you will not have a workers' compensation claim unless there was a physical injury that caused the anxiety and panic attacks.  If the co-worker attacked you, punched you, or caused some physical injury then you could have a workers' compensation case. In order to get Social Security Disability or SSI, you need to be able to prove your medical conditions will prevent you from returning to work for over one year.  If your doctors are willing to say your conditions are severe enough to prevent you from returning to work for over one year then you may be able to get SSDI or SSI.  I would need to get a lot more information to go over the specifics of your potential case. I would be happy to speak to you in more detail. Please call me for a FREE consultation at (877)817-4127.
