More details to this question:
I am 48. I have had three back surgeries in less than four years, the last being a fusion in July. My fmla runs out in about a week. I am pretty sure they will let me go since I am still in a lot of pain with difficulty standing for any amount of time or sitting anywhere but my easy chair. I have Intervertebral disc disorders with radiculopathy lumbar and lumbosacral regions, lumbar and lumbosacral stenosis, and two herniated discs. I am also on anti depressants because of all of this.
