Should I continue to use Allsup for my ssdi case?

I used Allsup because they worked tirelessly with my wife's ssdi case and won. She had longterm disability from her job. I didn't and did not know they primarily work with longterm insurance companies and they never told me this fact. I don't feel I am getting the same service she received.
