I am 20 years old, my mother has been taking money out of a bank account without my consent. I am disabled and want to know what I can do to make her pay the money back that she owes me. I ask her and she keeps refusing.

File criminal charges against her for theft. Sue her for an accounting, indemnification, and restitution. Get her name off the account.
