I am in the appeals review part of my appeal I could not get my file to appeal I hired a lawyer I spent over 9 hours in the first 6 months of trying to get it over the phone I put it in writing in my request for it reconsideration and in the request for the hearing My hearing was awful, my lawyer sat by the judge I had to go out of the county to get my file Mission Viejo office gave it to me in 2 days after 3 years that Riverside would not My lawyer put the wrong birth date on the medical requests Honestly my 12 page decision from the the judge was almost all wrong I am devastated over all of this I have been homeless 3 times over the application process I am 58 years old and this is my 3rd time applying Please I need help
