I Just started getting SSDI in January However I was told that I was still able to make no more than $900 a month and I was currently working in a salon working 10 hours a week can I apply for the pandemic self-employment with the SSDI check

You were misinformed. SSI has an income limit. SSDI does not. But both require that you be unable to work and be expected to be unable to work for 12 months.
If you are receiving either, you are not unemployed due to there being no job available but due to your being unable to work. You are therefore not entitled to unemployment benefits.
Please note, however, that you are entitled to the $1,200 stimulus check regardless of whether you receive SSI or SSDI.
