I had a court date and had my SSDI denied. And appeal has been submitted and now, I have been diagnosed with more, new medical issues. Do I drop the appeal and try to start over? I don't have 12-36 months to wait, plus my new medical issues should qualify me for SSDI. What about a QDD?
I would not withdraw the appeal until you clarify at what level yo uare appealing. Have you gone before an Adminsitrative Law Judge?
