I am needing assistance with getting the benefits re-instated I was on benefits from 2005-2024, since then I have not just mental health disability but I have physical issues as well(strokes X4)PKD/PLD, SEPSIS, METABOLIC ACIDOSIS, SEPSIS, CELLULITIS, PTSD, BATTERED WOMAN SYNDROME, BRAIN INJURY, every Dr I have seen has removed me from work I have a hearing by phone scheduled 07/02/2026 @11am with the judge please Help
