QUESTION

What should I do?

Asked on Jan 10th, 2019 on Social Security Disability - California
More details to this question:
I have a Social Security Lawyer, whom I saw for about 3 minutes, in September. I have only had any communication with at the intake status. When presented with intake papers, I told her I have limited vision, and could not read them. She pointed to a line on the papers, and said just sign here. I signed them, and now I find, if they had been read to me, I would not have signed them. I have had no contact from her office since September 2018.

I would be curious to know what exactly it was that she had you sign.  In fariness to her, it may have been something that anyone of us would have had you sign.  Something that may likely be required by the Social Security Administration.  You are welcoem to send the document over for our review and we'd be more than happy to provide feedback and direction but you would need to disengage with her prior to speaking with another firm.
