Who can recieve Child Disability Benefits?

More details to this question:
When will I be getting retroactive pay for not being on CDB at 21 yrs old but am now 37? Date onset of disability was at 21yrs old. My dad just died in feb 2012 at age 74, but I beleive was collecting benefits for the last at least 8yrs. When could I recieve retro active back pay from my dads SS. Or when could I get retro active back pay ever.

I assume you just filed a disability application.  If not, you must file.  Until SSA says you are disabled, you won't receive any benefits. Retro or current.   You have to be found to have been disabled at 21 or earlier to collect under a parent's account.  His death and that he collected retirement would not be important to your case.
