How can I stop them from freezing my checking account?

I am in desperate need of an attorney to help me with the California Franchise Tax Board. They keep taking all my money from the bank....they say there is a court order.... but I have no court order. I try and try to call and try to call some more.... I can NEVER get anyone on the phone and now they have just frozen over 3 thousand dollars in my bank account! I have written numerous letters with no response either. I am a single mom with very little child support. They have frozen every penny I have. Please help if you can or can you forward me to someone to help? Sincerely, Sonja Jorgensen
