How can my sister claim my son?

More details to this question:
I moved in with my sister in May of 2012 and she paid rent for me and my son until November 2012. She works at the bank that I have my son's savings account. She got his social # from his account and claimed him as a dependent! Is this Legal? How can I fix it?

If she provided a majority of his support, then it is probably legal.
