how do i recover damages

More details to this question:
what kind of lawyer do you need for an estate attorney taxing fed and NJ taxes at 1.1m in 2002 on a wifes inheritance- not other heirs they were exempt!! when exemptions were filed with deeds and county on the inheritance they got and what if appraisals for FMV of property they took was too low by -they were really 1.8m not 632k. how could the lawyer and accountant funnel these properties through a corporation that owes bills then give deeds to them corrective 1 yr later? one property was not last in corp. bur he deeded it from corp and it was $800k exempt of estate tax he wrote then a NJ transfer tax was recorded by property block and lot then in time he corrected deed recorded a loan on corporation for 392k was taken for a constr to perm loan by a non shareholder for a residence that was in the corrective deed by the Estate. meanwhile widow pay Fed and NJ 1.1m im taxes on property on 706 says is worth only 623k and Corporation has loans and income it never took for disso
