CORRECTION TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW. THERE WAS A TYPO IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE LAST MESSAGE I live out of state now but would like to come to a settlement if possible and pay this off

Good afternoon, If you owe taxes to the State of California there are a few remedies that may be available including an Offer In Compromise.  Whether an Offer In Compromise is available to you will depend on a few circumstances incuding your ability to pay and the value of your assets.  Essentially, we need to convince the California Franchise Tax Board that you do not have the ability to full-pay your liability and that the amount offered is more than they are likely to collect otherwise.
