I didn't file my income tax return 2 years ago because I was fighting cancer. I started receiving social security disability benefits 7 months ago. If I file my income from 2 years ago and get my reimbursement, will that affect my benefits that I am getting from social security disability?

Your tax refund won't affect your Social Security Disability. It may affect any Medicaid benefits you receive. You may find that you have penalties with regard to the income tax return you didn't file.
