Question about offer in compromise. I want to file for multiple years. I have always filed either single or married filing separately. Do I have to disclose my wife's assets on my offer in compromise?

if the offer and compromise is for tax years where you filed jointly with your wife, then both of you are responsible for the taxes and, as such, her assets would have to be disclosed.
