Should the tax refund be evenly split and how?

More details to this question:
I had filed joint tax forms with my husband. I am now separated from my husband but I am not divorced. If we receive a refund, can it be evenly split? My husband paid most of the taxes but I still think that this would be a fair split.

The refund should be divided in whatever way you both agree, orels as ordered by the court.
