Applied for innocent spouse in 2020. NYS dep.of taxation GRANTED my request. But IRS didn't. I then opened a petition with the Tax Court, but I'm having difficulty understanding the next steps and what the Tax Court is asking me to attach online on my docket. I have done all the process by myself until now. I need a lawyer to take over.
