Will they IRS me getting in-state tuition after I amend again?

Asked on Jul 15th, 2013 on Taxation - Missouri
More details to this question:
The requirements for in-state tuition in the state I moved to requires that I'm dependent from my mom. I had already filed independent and eventually blew my return. I amended it, so she can claim me, and can't afford to pay anything back. I need to amend it again.

You can't keep amending it. And you should not file an incorrect tax return to get a break on tuition
