Asked on Jun 19th, 2025 on Torts - New York
More details to this question:
My neighbor has a grape plant and vines planted on her side of the chain link fence. The vines have overtaken the fence and the vines are flourishing into my yard. I have two dogs and grapes, in small amounts, are toxic to dogs and will kill them. I have told her this and she said she will not remove them unless a dog dies. Please help.

Your neighbor's grape plants are encroaching onto your property.  You can bring a legal action to require your neighbor to remove the encroachment, seek a permanent injunction and damages.  Should you wish to proceed, we can help.  Prior to commencing suit, we can send a letter asking her to remove the encroachment.
