Sueing a township

Clerk and treasurer are not allowing a foresenic audit to be done or any audit will not let the supervisor see a monthly budget say it is none of her business it’s a shit show took two foias with several request was given partial request one was completely denied was told by the clerk don’t text and don’t get on social media which was a bold face lie because she gave it to another resident also elected a trustee that broke the closed session meeting act by repeating word for word what was said in a closed meeting that she was not part of also this newly elected trustee is working with a controversial group that is fighting over a gravel pit that is coming into the township the clerk also refuses to give our web person any listing of up coming meetings and instead post the on her Facebook page now for the treasurer she voted not to have the audit done and two days later said she was retiring

No matter how many bad things the township does, unless you and your neighbors would have to be able to fund litigation amounting to many tens of thousands of dollars. You would need to get injunctive relief and then, if you get that, then sustain challenges to the relief from both the township and the gravel pit owners. This would be a very big and very expensive fight.
