Adding my name to the deed

Hello I have married for 21 years. I have 5 children. we bought a house. Due to trust to my husband and language barrier, I signed disclaimed deed at the time of purchasing the house. My husband has left and abandoned me and children for 8 months. We don't know where he is in or outside of US. He hasn't paid the mortgage for 8 month( $959/month). The house will be in forclosure in the coming month( we are buying time). Is there any possibility I can add my name to the title, so I can put the house for short sale, so I can get some money from the sale. The house has 120,000 equity.
