More details to this question:
Bank has had the trust for 24 years but is unable to tell us how much the assets are worth and have no records of dividends that were mailed to the bank on a quarterly basis The trust is now to be disbursed in January but the bank cannot tell us what the real property is , how many acres and where the money that was sent in is. In a trust that started in t at 1 million is now worth 900,000. They are rude and wont tell us anything. What do we do?

The trustee is required to administer the trust according to its terms, furnish information, and to render an account when requested by the beneficiary.  Contact an attorney regarding sending a demand letter to the bank and possibly initiating litigation.
