My dad had became ill and drs told us that he no longer should live alone , so I moved in with him , being the only blood heir left , to make things simple him and I decided to enter a joint checking account and safety deposit box , so I could pay bills out of one account , we both agreed to add my wife because of his health and I had been in a auto accident that left me near death , I have the bank contract and the presidents signature with me , but upon his death , when we going through the process of paying his final bills , we went to close out the account and retrieve his and my belongings from the safety deposit box , without mine or my wife’s permission the bank president had removed our names from the account and added another couples name to the account ( supposedly a step son and his wife ) and needless to say nothing was left in the checking or in the box , which both of us had deposited money and put things in the box , somewhere around 20,000 cash , not counting silver
