Can a pooled trust fund be terminated?

My disabled uncle was talked into joining a pooled trust. He wants to take money out to move to another state. They will not allow him to have money to move. Is there a way to terminate the trust fund?

Yes, but it takes a Supreme Court petition and the consent of all beneficiaries.
