QUESTION

Can a schoolpsychologist's evaluation be submitted as cerification?

Asked on Feb 04th, 2015 on Guardianship and Conservatorship - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I am trying to do this on my own without an attorney.($) My son has down syndrome with an IQ of 50. He had a recent evaluation by school psychologist as he is aging out of HS at 21. We realize we need to obtain guardianship. My husband and I are 60 and 58 respectively. We would like his two brothers as co-guardians with us. I am an RN and know what may lie ahead. I can get his pediatrician's statement as well as psychologists. Will this be enough?

I believe this will be enough.  I have used the school psychologist report before to do a guardianship.  what county do you live in?  I will help you for little or no fee.  Please call my office.
