Can conservator legally withhold personal information such as banking, charge cards, etc. immediately after death to next of kin?

More details to this question:
The conservator must file a final accounting with the court. You can see all the information you seek when that is filed. I realize they have to file a report, however they have up to 56 daya. My question was not answered. Does the conservator have a legal right to withhold requested personal information I want NOW.

No. Being "next of kin" gives you no special standing.
