Can I be forced to refinance against my will?

More details to this question:
My marriage is basically over. Our property is in forclosure, I work, wife unemployed. Can I be forced to sign refinance papers against my wishes? I believe she thinks she can get property refinaced with mortgage company and then divorce me and take it. What are my rights. our children are 22&19.

It is possible that as part of the divorce, you could be ordered by the court to refinance to seperate your name or her name from the mortgage, depending on who gets the property. If in doubt at all, you should consult a local attorney.
