Can I get emancipated while on probation and what happens with my charges?

More details to this question:
So I have about 15 different charges all charged with at the same time so ive only been charged with crimes one time I violated 2 but I’ve changed my ways and was able to get a final chance by the judge because I made it clear I want to change but now that im out it’s been very difficult my mother and i are not the usual family I’ve never had a strong relationship due to her stubbornness she works hard to provide for the family and I’m able to understand that but she worked hard to maintain a family of 5 now 6 but I was the child that didn’t quiet get the same love and I can’t blame her it’s she’s been a single mother since I was 8 but long story short I never got the same love and not that I care but she doesn’t support me never has never appreciated anything I’ve done I’ was forced to give up my childhood because i had to help she worked doing outside labor in intense sun and I’m trying to do right but She’s always trying to argue and I just want to leave please help.

The two are unrelated.  In most states to become emancipated you must be at least 17, living on your own and supporting yourself.  If you meet these criteria, contact a local family lawyer.
