Can i get him out?

More details to this question:
I am the executor/administrator of my parents' property. My only brother is not named as a beneficiary of the property but lives there carrying on business. He does not pay any bills or rent and is otherwise a nuisance. He is divorced from his wife who also resides there and they have 3 children between them, ages 21, 19 and 9. he does not have custody of the 9 year old. He is aggressive, abusive and offensive. Can I get him out?
