Can I overturn a will once I have signed it?

More details to this question:
My father died back in November and their parents will was to be probated and once he died me, my sister and brother had to sign it agreeing with it to release the money to pay on my daddy's funeral. Is there anything that can be done to overturn the will or reopen it?

Consult with an estate attorney, however, it would appear that you signed the waivers and that is the purpose of them - to waive your right to contest the Will and estate proceedings. However, you may find out more by having a full discussion with an attorney. Good luck.

Without seeing what was signed, there is no way to answer you. See a lawyer to review your paperwork. You should have done that before signing. It may be too late now, but the longer you wait the more likely it is too late.
