QUESTION

Can I take an executor to court?

Asked on Dec 20th, 2021 on Estate Planning - California
More details to this question:
Mother died 11/06/2021. There has been talk of three different wills, however, we found one at King & Thompson dated 11/22/2005, which names my two older sisters as co-executors. The oldest was disowned by my mother 12 years ago who would be rolling over right now if she new the oldest was co-executor. The second oldest does whatever the oldest wants. I really need some help here. Please. . .

If the 11/22/2005 will is the last will, then you will have to challenge its validity in order to have the two older sisters not be the co-executors.  For that I would need more information.  Please be aware that they cannot do as they please, since the probate court in theory will be there to make sure the terms of the will are followed.
