My mother left my 2 sisters and brother a trust fund that when I turn 62 I can take. Included in the trust fund was the family house. I wanted my sisters and brother to buy me out of that portion. They agreed and had the deed changed into their names. My sister who in charge of the estate said after that that she had to check with the lawyer to find out if it can actually happen. I was sent an appraisal of the house and told them what I wanted and I am assuming that that was the amount they would agree to. The house is slowly going down hill and I don't want to spend money on a money pit, I took my memories. The lawyer seems to be taking his own sweet time finding this out and my sister suffers from a lack of communication. First can this be done and second what is my next course of action. Thank you for your time.
