More details to this question:
I own land with my 3 brothers. I want to get my share of the land in my own name so that I can build a house there. Another brother also wants out of the joint ownership but a third brother doesn't want to divide the land. Can we force the land to be divided? This land was inherited, and we don't really want to sell it.

If the parcel can be divided into four equal shares, the court may order a physical partition. The partition proceeding would be started by a filing with the court.
