We have a very aggressive court hearing 6 months now. We have a pending hearing about my husband public guardianship. It was very aggressive and I have a valid DPOA that judge can't cancel at the moment. They are didn't make any decisions about my husband capacity. Also we have a difficulties with Family Trust. Now we would like to move in an other state. How can we change a jurisdiction , make a normal conservatorship to not have a persecution from our state? Does court will stop if my husband and me will change a place to live? Nobody can explain us why we can't do it. We'll appreciate any help.
If you are married, and the public guardian has filed for a conservatorship of your husband, they have some serious concerns. You should not just move your husband without court approval or approval from the Public Guardian's office.
