CAN YOU MAKE A NEW WILL WITHOUT RECANTING THE ORIGINAL WILL

I HAVE A WILL FROM MY FATHER WHO DIED JAN 8,2010,NOW MY MOTHER JUST PASSED AUG 20,2020 THE HOUSE IS IN WILL TO GO MY DAUGHTER AT AGE 25 . I WANT TO KNOW IF MY MOTHER CAN CHANGE THE WILL WITHOUT RECANTING THE ORIGINAL WILL AND NOT NOTIFY MY FATHER PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE UNDER THE WILL
