QUESTION

Changing trust attorneys

Asked on Mar 13th, 2014 on Trusts and Estates - California
More details to this question:
I am trustee for my mother's living trust. I have been unhappy with the attorney who created the trust and is handling all the trust documents. I'm also bothered by the fact that he is married to my mother's accountant. He has some of the original trust documents in his files. Can I replace him with another attorney at will or must it be for cause?
