More details to this question:
parents living trust wasn't notify taken off as co trustee by sister find out two years after the facts. My sister got power of attorney and had the trust change to her favor without my knowledge is that concealment fraud. The same day my sister got power of attorney she sign the second amendment that changed the original trust my parents had in order to favor her. She removed me as a co trustee and replaced me with her son making him co trustee.
