I am beneficiaries of a trust how and when can i get my share of the trust left to me Mom has 4 living children all said in trust to split in 4 My Brother and Sister are trustee's of Trust it's a pour-over trust is it at their discretion to split the 3.8 million or can they only give me interest earned on the money in the stock market Will i ever receive my share in a lump payment It needs to be split in 4 now or can they only give me income payments on the money in the stocks i received 30,000 saying it was income this is the first time i have received anything also i have never received any ACCOUNTING on what is being done with the 3.8 million how do i get my share now of the 3.8 million Thank you for your help
